Is it a good idea to access store in actions?

Assume we have a dynamic endpoint which we initiate in a component, then we have to use that endpoint to make Api calls in multiple sync actions and middlewares. presently I read that endpoint in my components and pass it to my actions. but du to verbosity, My current hierarchy is as follows:
component (reads the endpoint from store) >
action >
Api utility (multiple methods performing required configurations) >
XHR wrapper (consumes the endpoint info passed all the way to here)

My question is in this sequence of functions is the best place to access my endpoint info stored in Redux store?
