Introducing AppState: simpler alternative to Redux and MobX... but is it any good?

(Rodrigo) #1

I wrote a small class to lift the state “through the roof”, which I called AppState:

As a proof of concept, I successfully migrated two small real-world projects from Redux to it, and everything seems OK. I’m very much pleased with the results.

I’m about to start a new project, and I’m tempted to use AppState… but the thing is so simple (just one class, less than 80 lines) I’m afraid I’m missing something. So I’m asking advice from more experienced React people… do you see any conceptual flaws in AppState?

Thank you.
